Instead of relying on expensive molds, Yighen Ultra Precision directly machines aspheric lenses from optical-grade resin blocks—bringing prototyping costs down to just a few thousand yuan. Our selection includes widely used optical resins such as polycarbonate (PC), known for its excellent impact resistance and mechanical strength, and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), prized for its high transparency and environmental durability. These materials are ideal for applications where both optical performance and structural integrity are essential.

For projects demanding higher optical stability, we offer a range of Zeonex materials, including T62R, K26R, 480R, E48R, K52R, and K22R. These resins exhibit low birefringence, minimal moisture absorption, and high glass transition temperatures, making them perfect for precision optical systems where thermal and environmental stability are crucial.

Additionally, we support other high-performance resins such as APL5013, APL5014, EP5000, EP9000, OKP-1, and OKP-4, each offering unique combinations of optical clarity, thermal resistance, and mechanical properties tailored to specialized use cases. For infrared applications, we also provide materials like germanium, zinc selenide, calcium fluoride (fluorite), and infrared composites. While fluorite offers exceptional heat resistance and is capable of freeform shaping, it requires special handling due to its abrasive dust, which can damage standard equipment. Despite its higher processing cost compared to plastics, it remains a preferred choice for high-end optical systems.

Through proprietary five-axis machining technology and advanced error compensation algorithms, we achieve surface form accuracy at the sub-micron level (PV value) and surface roughness below the nanometer scale (Ra). This capability enables the creation of cutting-edge optical components used in high-end imaging systems, laser optics, and aerospace applications.

We also specialize in the fabrication of non-rotationally symmetric Fresnel lenses, including linear and elliptical variants—structures that pose significant challenges due to their complexity. Using slow tool servo technology combined with nanometer-level motion control, we produce Fresnel lenses with exceptional dimensional accuracy and surface finish. Whether it’s the precise definition of individual facets or the uniformity across the entire lens structure, our products meet and exceed industry standards, filling critical gaps in China’s domestic optical manufacturing landscape.
